Groundworks is seeking a Foreman to lead installation crews on foundation solutions projects. You will own safety, quality, productivity, and team performance from start to finish, coordinating daily operations and mentoring crew members in a fast-paced field environment.

This role requires strong leadership, construction knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Expect on-site responsibilities, tool handling, and adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of prior crew supervision experience.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Ability to read job specs and plan materials.
• Comfort working on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high-performance team serving customers in a local market.
• Reviews job specs to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed.
• Plans on-site work based on time, tools, and order of work – assigns duties to crew.
• Installs products with support from a national team.
• Troubleshoots and adapts to meet standards and timelines.
• Delivers quality service and customer satisfaction on site.
• Documents final reports and coordinates with stakeholders.
