Job summary

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of cumulative experience, OR Associate/Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of cumulative experience, OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic fundraising initiatives by developing and executing annual giving campaigns that increase philanthropic support and achieve annual revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Foundation leadership, hospital executives, physicians, volunteers, and board members to strengthen donor relationships and advance healthcare fundraising priorities.
  • Develop and implement donor engagement, stewardship, and recognition strategies that grow major gifts, annual giving participation, and long-term philanthropic support.
  • Oversee signature fundraising events, third-party fundraising programs, and capital giving initiatives to maximize community engagement and sustainable fundraising results.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing fundraising team while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve organizational goals.
  • Manage fundraising budgets, monitor performance metrics, and implement data-driven strategies that improve operational effectiveness, donor engagement, and philanthropic growth.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
