Job summary

How you’ll make an impact in this role

Manage clinical program activities, workflow and nursing resources.

  • Develop, implement and evaluate clinical program services and initiatives.
  • Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff. Assign tasks, prioritize and coordinates work.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
  • Monitor and adhere to budget. Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines.
What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing with experience required.

Work Experience:

  • 3 years of experience required.
  • 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
