How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Lead fundraising strategy and execution for leadership giving groups, driving annual revenue growth through membership contributions, sponsorships, and targeted development initiatives.
  • Build and strengthen donor relationships through personalized outreach, stewardship, and engagement efforts that increase philanthropic support and long‑term retention.
  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate prospective donors, managing a portfolio of annual and mid‑level contributors to expand the fundraising pipeline.
  • Coordinate fundraising campaigns from planning through execution, ensuring timely donor communications, gift acknowledgment, and measurable campaign performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and volunteer leaders to align fundraising priorities, analyze campaign results, and implement strategies that improve donor engagement and revenue performance.
Education & Minimum Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven fundraising success of $250,000+ annually strongly preferred.
