Job summary

Front Range Community College is seeking a Foundation Controller to provide financial leadership, fund management, budgeting, and audit oversight for the FRCC Foundation. You will oversee approximately 240 fund accounts, ensuring accurate reporting and strong internal controls.

You will lead the annual budgeting process, coordinate with external auditors and College Finance, and deliver timely financial statements and dashboards to the Executive Director, VP Finance & Administration, and

Qualifications

Nonprofit financial management principles applied to Foundation reporting, budgeting, and fiduciary stewardship.
Lead external audits and coordinate documentation and stakeholders.
Produce accurate financial statements, forecasts, and board reporting.
Communicate budgets and results to executives and Board members.

Responsibilities

Fund accounts management: oversee ~240 fund accounts, monitor balances and donor restrictions.
Lead annual Foundation budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
Ensure internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness across Foundation finances.
Coordinate with College Finance, auditors, and partners to produce timely reports.
Support donor stewardship through transparent fund reporting and distributions.
