Front Range Community College seeks a Controller to provide financial leadership, fund management, budgeting, and audit oversight for the FRCC Foundation. You will oversee approximately 240 fund accounts, lead the annual budgeting process, ensure accurate reporting, and support donor stewardship with strong internal controls.

This role requires collaboration with the VP for Finance & Administration and Executive Director, and may involve travel to three FRCC campuses.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible accounting, finance, or nonprofit financial management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of restricted, endowed, or designated fund accounts.

• Lead fund management and budgeting for ~240 Foundation accounts.
• Ensure compliance with donor restrictions and fund agreements.
• Oversee the annual budget process and prepare financial statements and reports.
• Coordinate year-round external audits and maintain audit readiness.
