Front Range Community College Foundation is seeking a Foundation Controller to provide financial leadership, fund management, budgeting, and audit oversight for about 240 fund accounts. You will report to the VP for Finance & Administration and ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls.

The role offers occasional remote work up to two days per week and requires travel to Westminster, Longmont, and Fort Collins campuses. A Colorado residency on start is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible experience in accounting, finance, audit, fund management, or nonprofit financial management.
• Experience managing a significant portfolio of restricted, endowed, designated, or comparable fund accounts.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and financial/accounting systems; ability to build fund-level budgets and forecasts.
• Ability to analyze complex financial information across many funds and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for budgets, financial results, and board reporting.
• Strong organization and project-management skills for annual budget, audit, and reporting calendars.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Foundation budgeting, including revenue and expense projections and approvals.
• Oversee annual external audit from planning to completion.
• Maintain year-round audit readiness with organized records and reconciliations.
• Provide financial information to executives, committees, and the Foundation Board.
• Ensure compliance with donor restrictions, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with College Finance, external accountants, and investment managers.
• Design and monitor internal controls to safeguard Foundation assets.
