Job summary

Front Range Community College (FRCC) is seeking a Foundation Controller to provide financial leadership, fund management, budgeting, and audit oversight for the FRCC Foundation. The role oversees approximately 240 fund accounts, ensuring compliance with donor intent and fund agreements.

Based at Westminster, CO, with occasional remote work and campus travel required. You will lead the annual budgeting process, produce statements and dashboards, and partner with College Finance and Foundation

Qualifications

• Nonprofit financial management principles for foundation reporting, budgeting, and stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual Foundation budgeting process, including revenue and expense projections and fund-level planning.
• Monitor budget-to-actual results, forecasts, cash flow, and variances; recommend adjustments as needed.
• Prepare timely financial statements, dashboards, and fund reports for leadership and the Board.
• Coordinate with external accountants, investment managers, and banking partners.
