You will review licensing status, provide coaching, manage workflows, and collaborate with program leadership to overcome licensing barriers while upholding Thompson’s CARE principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field with relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in social work preferred with 1 year of related experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience a plus.
• Valid Tennessee Driver’s License required.
• Applicants must reside in Tennessee to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight, and support to Licensing and Training Specialists.
• Ensure foster home licensing, licensing re-licensing, compliance, and support activities meet standards.
• Review status reports, coach staff, and manage licensing workflows.
