Job summary

Thompson is seeking a Licensing Supervisor to lead the Foster Care licensing team, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely processing. This role may be community-based or hybrid, with some evenings or weekends for orientations or recruitment activities.

You will supervise Licensing and Training Specialists, review licensing files, support recruitment strategy, and coordinate with program leadership to maintain continuity of foster family support. Tennessee residency is required.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Tennessee.
• Meet credentialing, licensing and privileging standards as pertains to the program(s) they lead.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree requirements as specified (see qualifications).
• Two years (or more) of directly related experience depending on degree.
• Three years of directly related experience for certain degree combinations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight and support to Licensing and Training Specialists.
• Ensure foster home licensing, compliance and support activities meet regulatory standards.
• Oversee workflows, monitor performance and provide coaching and supervision.
