Job summary

You will lead Licensing and Training Specialists, ensure licensing, compliance, and recruitment workflows meet regulatory standards, and coach staff to uphold Thompson’s CARE principles. This role blends community-based and hybrid work, with occasional evenings or weekends for orientations or recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field and two years of directly related experience or
• Master’s degree in social work with one year of related experience or
• Master’s in human services with two years of related experience or
• Bachelor’s in human services with three years of related experience or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to Licensing and Training Specialists.
• Ensure licensing, re-licensing, and compliance meet regulatory standards.
• Oversee recruitment strategy and pipeline management for foster homes.
• Coach staff and monitor performance and outcomes.
• Support scheduling coverage and respond to urgent licensing issues.
