Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work; licensure in the state of Maryland (LMSW or LCSW or LCSW-C).
• Supervisory experience, strongly preferred.
• Experience in child welfare/case management, required.
• Fluency in Spanish, required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and oversight to the case management team.
• Organize and manage case management and on-call schedules.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.
• Maintain accurate and current information on foster children in care.

Skills
