Global Refuge is seeking a Lead Case Manager (Foster Care) to oversee and lead the case management team within the foster care program. This on-site role reports to the Lead Clinician and may reduce caseload during staffing transitions to maintain high-quality services.

The role requires English/Spanish fluency, a commitment to mission-driven work, and collaboration with external stakeholders for continuity of care. Sign-on bonus available to join our nonprofit team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading case management teams.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate on-call coverage.
• Proven communication with external stakeholders and partners.
• Strong organizational skills and adherence to timelines.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct supervision to the case management team and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements.
• Organize and manage case management and on-call schedules with supervisor input.
• Ensure youth on caseload receive mandated services (mental health, medical, educational, etc.).
• Develop assessments, service and treatment plans, progress notes, and incident reports promptly.
• Maintain accurate foster child information and documentation practices.
• Participate in weekly clinical team meetings and stakeholder engagements.
• Consult on cases with supervisor and review case plans and client progress.
