Job summary

NECCO (ED Necco & Associates Inc.) is seeking a Foster Care Case Manager to collaborate with children and foster families to achieve permanency. The role involves working in offices, schools, and homes to support growth and well-being.

The position emphasizes planning, safety, and coordination with community resources, with regular documentation and on-going training for families and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Current LSW or LPC or Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field.
• Bachelor's degree with field experience of 2 years (WV).
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with at least 7 hours in behavioral sciences.
• Two years of casework experience with children with emotional or behavioral problems.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance coverage of 100/300/100.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems (MS Office, databases, EHR, dashboards).

Responsibilities

• Participate in referral matching for children and families and advocate for best home matches.
• Develop and implement Initial and Comprehensive Treatment Plans.
• Coordinate and complete assessments (Biopsychosocial, Independent Living, Diagnostic, etc.).
• Refer foster children to applicable support services and ensure safety plans.
• Create and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP) and track progress.
• Coordinate with schools and education personnel to meet education goals.
• Provide training and support to foster parents and children.
• Ensure compliance with state/licensure regulations and maintain confidential records.
