You will coordinate placement, intake, assessments, and individualized treatment plans, ensuring compliance with state regulations and confidentiality while advocating for safe, permanency-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• LSW or LPC or Bachelors in human services (OH, KY, GA).
• Bachelor's with field experience of 2 years (WV).
• Bachelor's or Master's in a related field; prefer behavioral sciences coursework.
• 2+ years' experience working with children with emotional/behavioral problems.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate placement/intake/assessment and develop treatment plans.
• Refer foster child to behavioral health and support services.
• Ensure safety plans and compliance with licensing requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and document accurately in EHR.
