Job summary

Necco seeks a Foster Care Case Manager to work with children and foster families across office, community, school, and home settings. You will help children reach goals, coordinate treatment plans, and connect families with needed services.

Responsibilities include intake, assessments, service referrals, and ongoing training for foster parents. The role requires travel and adherence to state regulations while supporting permanency outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent.
• Master’s or higher with relevant field requirements may apply.
• 2+ years experience with children who have emotional/behavioral challenges.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in referral matching and advocate for best homematch.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans and Assessments.
• Ensure required medical and therapy services are provided.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state/licensure rules.
• Support foster parents with training and coordination of services.
• Coordinate with schools, agencies, and community resources.
