Job summary

Necco seeks a Foster Care Case Manager to work with children and foster families across office, school, and community settings. You will help the child reach goals by developing treatment plans and coordinating services for permanency.

Responsibilities include intake, assessments, safety planning, and liaison with placement agencies. Strong organizational skills and travel are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Current LSW or LPC or Bachelor's degree in human services.
• Minimum of 2 years of casework with children.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage.
• Willingness to travel and attend trainings.
• Strong organizational and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Initial and Comprehensive Treatment Plans for each child.
• Coordinate referrals to behavioral health, education and community resources.
• Ensure safety plans and regulatory compliance during intake and placement.
• Provide training and support to foster parents and monitor progress.
