Job summary

Necco is seeking a Foster Care CaseManager to collaborate with children and foster families across office, community, and school settings to support permanency anddevelopment. You will help develop and implement treatment plans, coordinate services, and ensure appropriate documentation and safety measures.

The role involves multidisciplinary collaboration, travel as needed, and adherence to state regulations and program policies to empower families and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Current LSW or LPC or Bachelor's degree in human services.
  • Experience with children with emotional/behavioral problems.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to travel and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate placement, intake, and assessments for children and families.
  • Develop initial and comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Refer to behavioral health and related services.
  • Ensure safety plans and legal documentation before placement.
  • Provide training and support to foster parents and children.
  • Maintain state licensure compliance and confidentiality.
