Job summary

NECCO (ED Necco & Associates Inc.) is seeking a Foster Care Case Manager to support children and foster families across office, community, school, and home environments. You will help children reach goals, facilitate treatment plans, and coordinate services with families and community resources.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with child welfare, and the ability to travel between locations. A background in human services and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age.
• Current LSW or LPC or Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field (OH, KY, GA).
• Bachelor’s degree with field experience of 2 years (WV).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with at least 7 hours in behavioral sciences.
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with children with emotional or behavioral problems.
• Valid Driver’s License and Limited Liability Auto Insurance Coverage of 100/300/100.
• Must have skills to navigate multiple software (MS Office, Databases, EHR, Dashboards).
• Successful completion of all required Criminal Background checks and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Participate in referral matching for children and families.
• Develop Initial and Comprehensive Treatment Plans.
• Ensure completion of assessments (Biopsychosocial, Independent Living, Diagnostic).
• Refer foster child to behavioral health, independent living, and other services.
• Ensure legal documentation and safety plans are in place.
• Provide training and support to foster parents and children.
• Monitor compliance with state licensure regulations and service plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation in systems.
