Necco is seeking a Foster Care Case Manager to work with children and foster families across office, community, school, and home settings. You will help children reach goals, develop and implement treatment plans, and coordinate services across multiple agencies to support permanency.

The role requires coordinating assessments, safety planning, and inter-agency communication while maintaining confidentiality and meeting state and licensure requirements.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Current LSW or LPC orBachelor'sdegreein a human services-related field (OH, KY, GA)
• Bachelor’sdegree with field experience of 2 years (WV)
• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university; include 7 hours in behavioral sciences if applicable

Mansioni

• Participate in referral matching for children and families.
• Develop Initial and Comprehensive Treatment Plans.
• Complete required assessments (Biopsychosocial, Independent Living, Diagnostic).
• Ensure safety plans and medical/therapy services are provided as outlined in the service plan.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure documentation meets licensure requirements.
