Job summary

Necco seeks a Foster Care Case Manager to partner with children and foster families, helping children reach goals and supporting growth of foster families. This role will operate in office, community, school settings and in the foster home to provide needed support and resources.

You will coordinate Initial and Comprehensive Treatment Plans, assess needs, refer services, ensure safety planning, and monitor progress while maintaining confidentiality and meeting licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 21 years of age and be eligible to work in the U.S.
