Job summary

Necco is seeking a Foster Care Case Manager to support children and foster families across home, school, and community settings. You will help develop treatment plans, coordinate services, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting permanency and child well‑being.

Responsibilities include case planning, documentation, multidisciplinary collaboration, and on‑call coverage. The role requires travel and strong organizational skills to manage complex caseloads effectively.

Qualifications

• Must have a human services degree or related field.
• Behavioral sciences coursework required or applicable experience.
• Experience in child welfare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in referral matching for children and families, advocating for best home match.
• Facilitate and develop Initial and Comprehensive Treatment Plans.
• Ensure completion of biopsychosocial and other essential assessments.
• Refer children to behavioral health, independent living, and related services.
• Ensure legal documentation is obtained prior to placement and safety plans are in place.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans and CAP tasks.
• Maintain documentation meeting state/licensure requirements.
• Deliver services in home, office, and community settings; travel as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and report incidents promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and support team members through transitions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Services
