Job summary

Necco seeks a Foster Care Case Manager to work with children and foster families across office, community, school, and home settings. You will help children reach goals, coordinate treatment plans, and connect families with needed services to support permanency.

You will collaborate with school personnel, social services, and providers while ensuring compliance with state regulations and safeguarding the child's best interests. Travel between locations is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Bachelor's degree in human services-related field or higher (OH/KY/GA).
• LSW or LPC license or equivalent credential preferred; other degrees with relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Participate in referral matching for children and families.
• Develop and monitor Initial and Comprehensive Treatment Plans.
• Coordinate assessments (Biopsychosocial, Independent Living, Diagnostic).
• Refer to behavioral health, independent living and other supports.
• Ensure safety plans and required documentation before placement.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to state and licensure rules.
• Collaborate with schools, foster parents, and community resources.
