Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited college or university.
• Four years of verifiable experience analyzing public assistance programs.
• Experience with Foster Care Eligibility programs is desirable.
• CalSAWs system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the Foster Care Eligibility unit.
• Coordinates with Program Director, Analysts, and staff for timely case processing.
• Monitors performance, identifies gaps, and sets improvement goals.
• Leads staff with coaching, workload management, and evaluations.
• Frames updates to policies and workflows in response to regulations.
