Job summary

Presbyterian Children’s Homes and Services is seeking an FCCM Supervisor to lead the Foster Care Case Management team, guiding the Wraparound approach for children and families.

You will supervise seven case managers, oversee client documentation in state databases, and ensure program budgets and service delivery meet contract standards. A master’s degree and supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field is required.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience and 3+ years in wraparound/community-based services.
• Experience withWraparound methods and case management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise FCCM Team and oversee treatment, care, and Wraparound philosophy for the foster care program.
• Oversee case management from assignment to closure, ensuring permanency and service quality.
• Provide weekly supervision, team meetings, and professional development; review data entry and budgeting.
