Job summary

Together for Youth seeks a Foster Care Program Supervisor to oversee all aspects of the foster care program, including planning, supervision, and development. You will coordinate referrals, manage staff and information flow, and ensure compliance with regulations across the agency.

The role involves budget preparation, reporting, and collaboration with schools and community partners, with travel as needed. A bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree preferred, and candidate must be flexible

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Experience with at-risk youth and supervisory/management.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for foster care program operations and development.
• Recruit, supervise, and train staff; manage schedules and documentation.
• Process referrals, match children to foster homes, monitor service provision.
• Ensure medical/dental exams, treatment plans, and permanent planning goals.
• Prepare budgets and reports; ensure state-m mandated reporting and compliance.
