The City and County of San Francisco invites applications for a mid- to senior-level management role within the Human Services Agency. This position oversees CalFresh and Medi-Cal program operations, metrics, and service delivery to residents seeking public assistance.

Under administrative direction, the incumbent manages staff, coordinates with internal divisions and external agencies, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Four (4) years of full-time professional experience analyzing programs that determine eligibility for public assistance in a public or private social service agency.
• Qualifying experience must be equivalent to one or more of the City and County of San Francisco’s classifications (see ad).
• Applicants must meet the Minimum Qualifications by the filing deadline.

Responsabilités

• Manages CalFresh and Medi-Cal programs, operational activities, and projects.
• Supervises, trains, and evaluates staff and assists supervisory staff.
• Develops outcome measures and ensures goals are met.
• Coordinates and participates in program activities and meetings with internal divisions and outside agencies.
