National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) in Ohio seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical programming and provide supervision for foster care staff, ensuring high-quality services for youth and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field is required.
• LISW or LPCC licensure is required.
• Experience providing individual and family therapy.
• Experience working with youth and families in direct service.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Good computer and technology skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to Foster Care Social Workers.
• Screen referrals, assign cases, and ensure initial documentation is completed promptly.
• Develop and implement training plans for treatment and service team members.
• Provide direct supervision, clinical consultation, and feedback to the treatment team.
• Consult and advocate for clients with schools and community agencies.
• Provide supervisory support to staff during after-hours emergencies and crises.
• May carry a caseload as needed by the program.
• Provide weekly group and/or individual supervision.
• Review new clients with staff to identify immediate treatment needs and safety concerns.
• Review and cosign Individual Service/Treatment Plans and Diagnostic Assessments.
