NYAP Ohio Foster Care program seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical programming, provide leadership, and supervise foster care staff, ensuring sound clinical practices. The role requires LISW or LPCC and experience with youth and families.

Responsibilities include supervising clinical teams, training, referrals, and collaboration with schools and community partners. Flexible hours and travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field.
• LISW or LPCC required.
• Experience with individual and family therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to Foster Care Social Workers.
• Screen referrals and assign cases with timely documentation.
• Develop and implement training plans for treatment and service teams.
