Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead the clinical program with direct supervision of staff. You will ensure high-quality services in alignment with NYAP mission and values, including on-call emergencies and cross-team coordination.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Services, licensure, and experience supervising human services staff, with a focus on culturally respectful care and flexible hours. Rockford-based, comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Services or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in human services with supervision experience.
• Must hold LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure.
• Ability to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Willingness to work flexible/non-traditional hours.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and adequate auto insurance.
• Proficient use of word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical program with supervision and quality oversight.
• Screen referrals and assign cases with timely documentation.
• Develop and implement training plans for treatment teams.
• Attend meetings and provide clinical consultation for services.
• Provide advocacy with schools and community partners.
• Provide on-call support for after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Supervise staff weekly and review treatment plans and reports; participate in QA.
