Job summary

Necco is a social enterprise dedicated to transforming child welfare in Kentucky. We seek a Foster Care Case Manager to support children and foster families across office, school, and home settings, helping each child reach permanency and stability.

You will develop treatment plans, coordinate services, monitor progress, and maintain confidential documentation while collaborating with schools, healthcare providers, and placement agencies.

Qualifications

• Must have LSW or LPC or related Bachelor’s in human services.
• Bachelor’s with field experience (2 years) acceptable.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s with 7 hours in behavioral sciences required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in placement/intake/assessment; match referrals.
• Develop and implement ITTP and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with health, education, and community resources.
