Zusammenfassung

Intercept Health is seeking a Case Aide to support multiple therapeutic foster care teams, including family consultants and other care professionals. You will help maintain client records and work toward shared goals for each child’s development and successful family integration.

The position requires at least a high school diploma or GED; a degree in social work or related field is preferred, with relevant placement or experience in casework for children and families. Travel by car is expected.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required; experience in foster care or behavioral programs is highly preferred.
• A degree in social work or related field with field placement is preferred.

• Assist the Family Consultant with client record maintenance and team goals.
• Support multiple therapeutic foster care teams to promote child development and successful adjustment.
• Travel with client/family transportation as needed; maintain safe driving record and insurance.
