Job summary

Marsell Wellness Center in Riverside, CA is seeking a Case Aide to support the case management team and help reunify unaccompanied children with sponsors while complying with local, state, and federal policies.

You will prepare Foster Parent records, review portals for compliance, conduct home inspections, and coordinate with sponsors. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Experience with case management and foster care procedures preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide tangible support to assigned case management team.
• Prepare, submit, and maintain accurate Foster Parent records, files, forms, statistics, and additional relevant information in accord with agency policy.
• Review ORR portal for compliance with upload requirements and ensure updates are input as needed for safety and timely discharge.
• Conduct Resource Family Home inspections.
• Complete calls with sponsors as assigned to gather information.
• Escort UC and release custody to approved sponsor per procedure.
• Adhere to Child Abuse reporting requirements.
