Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree required; Doctorate preferred.
• Active CPR certification.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and document progress notes.
• Develop and adjust plans of care with measurable goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and patients' support system.
• Oversee PTA, ATC, PT aides as needed.
• Enter data in EMR and ensure coding accuracy.
• Participate in community outreach and Continuing Education.
