Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer in the United States. You will lead customer implementations end-to-end, design real-time and batch data integrations, and configure fraud/AML programs and regulatory workflows to support compliance.

You will also build AI-powered investigation workflows and guide customers to operate independently. You will coordinate multiple projects, develop reusable playbooks, and communicate complex topics to diverse stakeholders, ensuring production

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, solutions engineering, or forward deployment for B2B SaaS.
• Fintech/regtech or financial crime prevention experience is a plus.
• Strong REST API, SQL, ETL and data integration skills.
• Ability to map data, validate schemas, and ensure production data quality.
• Excellent communication with business, compliance and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer implementations from discussions to go-live.
• Design and implement data integrations with real-time and batch data sources.
• Configure fraud, AML rules and CRR models for risk detection.
• Develop AI-powered investigation workflows and validate production readiness.
• Support SAR/CTR/CRR regulatory workflows and compliance processes.
• Troubleshoot data quality, integration issues, and production incidents.
• Train customers and enable self-sufficiency before handover to CS.
• Manage multiple implementations with risks, changes, and recovery plans.
• Create repeatable playbooks and scalable implementation processes.
• Share feedback to inform product improvements.
