Job summary

Reap is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to guide clients from interest to live deployments, across APAC/EMEA, with AI-assisted investigation workflows. You will own L2/L3 support and lead cross-system debugging to resolve complex issues end-to-end.

You will build strong technical partnerships with clients and collaborators across CG, Engineering, and Product, while operating in a global, async-first team with a focus on fintech infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a technical role with direct client exposure
• Comfortable reading and debugging REST APIs and logs
• Able to write basic SQL to investigate data
• Experience with observability tools like New Relic or Datadog

Responsibilities

• Own L2/L3 technical support across PLs and Fraud during the EMEA shift
• Lead technical investigations across multiple systems
• Drive engineering escalations with structured evidence and client impact summaries
• Build real relationships with EMEA clients and provide ongoing technical partnerships
• Spot patterns in tickets and surface product gaps before incidents
