Job summary

Reap is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to help clients move from interest to live deployments across our fintech platform. You will own complex technical support tasks during the EMEA shift, work with API integrations, and guide customers through the deployment lifecycle.

The role requires 3–5+ years in technical client-facing roles, strong REST/SQL skills, and comfort with observability tools. A remote, international setup with a flexible schedule is offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a technical role with direct client exposure.
• Comfortable reading and debugging REST APIs, writing basic SQL, and interpreting logs.

Responsibilities

• Own L2/L3 technical support across PLs and Fraud/Risk during the EMEA shift.
• Lead technical investigations across Snowflake/Metabase for data, New Relic for logs, and admin tools.
• Prepare structured evidence packs and client impact summaries for Engineering.
• Build strong relationships with EMEA clients and provide ongoing technical partnership.
• Spot patterns across tickets to surface product gaps and integration risks before incidents.
• Collaborate with CG, Engineering and Product to bridge technical reality with client context.
• Contribute to runbooks, escalation playbooks and knowledge articles.
• Participate in P0/P1 incident response and document EMEA timelines.
• Adopt AI-assisted investigation workflows and share learnings along the way.
