Job summary

CertifyOS is hiring a Forward Deployed Product Manager to discover, build, and scale new businesses. You will work with Sales and customers to identify valuable problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and turn opportunities into products customers buy and use.

You’ll leverage provider data infrastructure and AI-enabled workflows to explore customer needs, test ideas in rapid cycles, and shape offerings from discovery to enterprise-grade products.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, healthtech, or a similar complex software business.
You are practically fluent in AI and agentic systems with hands-on prototyping
You earn trust with customers and Sales, and can balance commercial needs with product decisions.

Responsibilities

Find and validate new businesses by partnering with Sales, BD, and customers to identify opportunities and test willingness to pay.
Prototype and learn with customers by building quick prototypes and testing workflows in live conversations.
Deliver and scale proven concepts by coordinating with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Client Success to turn ideas into sellable products.
