Job summary

CertifyOS is seeking a Director of Product Management to own the Applications portfolio, including Credentialing, Monitoring, and Provider Tools. You will drive strategy, roadmap, and execution across the product line and lead AI investments to transform customer workflows.

You’ll partner across Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver high-impact, scalable products and help shape an AI-first, agent-enabled future for our enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Product Management experience in scale-ups or enterprises.
• 5+ years leading product teams or founder experience scaling and leading teams.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into execution across complex product portfolios.
• Experience with AI-first product approaches and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution across Certify’s Applications portfolio.
• Lead Applied AI investments and define AI usage in workflows and product experiences.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to translate strategy into execution.
• Develop next-generation application offerings in partnership with Sales and Business Development.
• Prepare for agent-first go-to-market approaches and scalable AI-enabled product delivery.
