Job summary

Hightouch is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to bridge customers and our evolving product. You will guide customers through uncharted AI workflows and partner with Engineering, Product, and Design to ensure customer needs shape the technical roadmap.

In this role you will consistently engage with customers, uncover new use cases, manage pilots, and onboard users with hands-on guidance to maximize adoption of our AI-powered platform.

Qualifications

• Meet with customers to uncover tasks and workflows that can be automated.
• Conduct deep discovery to validate impact and design AI-powered solutions.
• Manage pilot programs and guide deals to closure.
• Train and onboard customers with hands-on guidance for cutting-edge tools.
• Relay clear business problems and technical details to engineering, product and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet with customers to uncover automation opportunities.

• Manage pilots and drive deals to closure.
