Job summary

Onos Health Inc. seeks a Forward-Deployed Product Manager to fix how behavioral health care is managed, delivered, and paid for in the U.S. You will own a small client portfolio, translate clinical needs into product direction, and work with engineering to ship at scale.

You’ll report to the Chief Product Officer and help set the tone as the first product hire, driving high ownership and direct client impact from day one.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in product management and/or consulting.
• Strong communicator who can run client meetings, write clear specs, and follow up.
• Project management discipline; tracks details, hits deadlines, and keeps things moving.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and translating between business and engineering.
• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity; early-stage playbook is being written.
• Ability to navigate complex client situations.
• Passionate about solving healthcare’s biggest challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own 1-2 health plan clients end-to-end: manage relationships and translate needs into product direction.
• Work with engineers to ship features aligned with client and operational needs.
• Translate customer requirements into clear product specs and acceptance criteria.
• Manage project timelines and keep the pod accountable.
• Identify patterns across accounts to inform the product roadmap.
• Help define playbooks for serving customers as the company grows.
