Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from top institutes.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/SAFe).
• Proficient in Excel and SQL for data insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Own the product journey end-to-end—from discovery and development to rollout and adoption by clients.
• Bridge between product, engineering, and customer teams to align business goals with delivery.
• Conduct deep customer research and workflow analysis to translate pain points into scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to design, prioritize, and deliver enhancements.
• Partner with implementation and customer success teams to drive deployment success and gather feedback.
• Define clear success metrics and refine the roadmap based on client and market insights.
• Manage customer communication during rollouts and ensure successful implementation outcomes.
• Maintain a data-driven mindset by analyzing usage data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
