Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic client accounts and teams.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand architectures, pain points and objectives.
• Translate complex concepts into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Configure and publish data products with client architects and implementation teams.
• Define data product structure including schema, ownership, SLAs, quality and governance.
