Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent field.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with client-facing or solutions engineering roles in Investment Management.
• Ability to travel 20-25% on average.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for strategic client accounts, building deep relationships with architects, engineers, and technical leaders.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client architectures, pain points, and business objectives.
• Translate complex functional concepts into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Look at market trends and experiment, contributing new ideas to the Product roadmap.
• Collaborate with client teams to configure and publish data products.
• Define data product structure including schema, ownership, SLAs, quality, and governance.
• Structure and load large-scale financial data into the platform models.
• Enable teams to self-serve data product creation and improve configurability.
• Run office hours and training to build client confidence.
• Review client designs, identify risks, and recommend best practices.
• Coordinate across time zones and onshore/nearshore/offshore models.
• Produce high-quality documentation, runbooks, and integration guides.
• Accelerate time-to-value by enabling client teams to work independently.
• Surface customer feedback to product and engineering.
