Job summary

Accenture seeks an AI-led FDE specialist to embed with design and product teams to originate, design, and ship AI-powered digital products into production for clients in the NY area.

You will work on RAG architectures, agentic workflows, and end-to-end product development, from concept through production, focusing on value, cost, latency, and compliance.

This role demands leadership, strong communication, and the ability to align AI initiatives with business outcomes and go-to-market activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of AI and data experience with hands-on GenAI features (RAG, agentic workflows, evals and guardrails).
• Minimum 3 years of high-value consulting experience, including leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• Hands-on delivery on at least one enterprise AI platform in production.

Responsibilities

• Identify where AI creates measurable business value before a brief exists.
• Differentiate through a product-led approach and connect strategy to production outcomes.
• Design and build AI systems end to end with MLOps, guardrails, and cost/latency discipline.
• Activate AI within client data platforms using data-gravity patterns.
• Ship working code and production-ready AI features, not just recommendations.
