Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI-led FDE to embed with design and product teams, originating, designing, and shipping AI-powered digital products into production. You will work on enterprise data foundations and build customer-facing AI experiences that drive revenue and better decisions.

The role emphasizes end-to-end AI system design, production readiness, and responsible deployment across MLOps, security, and cost constraints while engaging senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of AI & Data experience, including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects, with hands-on work shipping GenAI features (RAG, agentic workflows, evals and guardrails).
• Minimum 3 years of high-value consulting experience, including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight and proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify where AI creates measurable business value before a brief exists and originate use cases.
• Differentiate through a product-led approach and pair AI depth with product strategy.
• Bridge design to production, moving concepts through prototype to production with accountability.
• Design and build AI systems end to end: RAG, agentic orchestration, prompt engineering, evals and guardrails.
• Select model approaches: frontier-model selection, fine-tuning vs. prompt engineering vs. RAG, considering costs and latency.
• Activate AI within the client's enterprise data platforms using data-gravity patterns.
• Ship production-ready AI-powered digital products and experiences, not just recommendations.
• Deploy responsibly to production: MLOps, model serving, security, and cost/latency discipline.
