• 5+ years in a customer-facing engineering role (forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or implementation engineering).
• 2+ years managing engineers.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer problems into precise technical specs for engineering and data/ontology teams.
• Document and route customer-reported issues, edge cases, and feature gaps with context for product/engineering.
• Build repeatable processes to prevent problems from getting lost between teams.
• Lead and mentor a small team of forward deployed engineers.
