Job summary

PMG is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineering Principal to act as a senior individual contributor with enterprise-level influence. You will solve real customer business problems through technology, not just follow a predefined product roadmap.

You will design and deliver custom technical solutions across data, measurement, workflows, mobile, and platform integrations, using AI-assisted coding and modern tools to move quickly while upholding quality.

Qualifications

8+ years in customer-facing or consultative technical roles.
Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
Experience with cloud and measurement environments and APIs.

Responsibilities

Understand business challenges and opportunities with priority customers.
Translate ambiguous problems into clear technical approaches.
Design and deliver custom solutions across data, measurement, and platform integrations.
Hands-on solution design and build using modern tools and AI-assisted coding.
Advise on feasibility, tradeoffs, and technical direction.
Identify reusable accelerators and inform platform evolution.
Support strategic pitches, QBRs, and new business efforts with technical clarity.
Use AI and automation to improve quality and speed of delivery.
