JLL seeks a Forward Deployed Data Engineer to work closely with product and engineering teams to design and deliver data-driven solutions rapidly. This role demands a mix of solution design and hands-on engineering skills in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end data and AI systems.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect data-driven solutions.
• Deliver working prototypes for data and AI problems.
• Build and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
