Job summary

Salesforce is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer for Data 360 (Data Cloud) to implement real-time data solutions in customer environments. You will configure, build, test, and deploy Data 360 across ingestion, harmonization, identity, insights, activation, retrieval, security, and operational readiness.

You will work with a delivery team to ensure reproducible builds, validated data, and production handoff, using SQL, Apex, Python, and related tooling in enterprise contexts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software or data engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 or similar data platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and one enterprise language (Apex/Java/Python/JS).

Responsibilities

• Build in customer environments, configuring and developing in sandboxes and production.
• Engineer the data layer across ingestion, harmonization, and identity resolution.
• Validate outcomes with representative test data and edge cases.
• Ground AI solutions with robust data integration layers and RAG.
